Exercise and sport really does make you happier I find that playing sport is so much fun and because it is so social it makes you feel less lonely and more confident about yourself so I say if anyone is feeling a bit lonely join a sports club you wont regret it! Obviously though dont join a individual sport but one that you do as a group....

How I am going to deal with my plantar fasciitis

Been thinking about what I can do about this plantar fasciitis that I have got at the moment. It is just my luck as I was about to start doing sport I end up getting this condition.. it would be quite funny if it was so painful and crippling. Anyway my foot just has swollen up so much and I have a dull ache on my arch...... so I guess soccer is out of the question at the moment. Thankfully I have been reading up on how to treat it and what I have found out is that I need to rest my feet, I dont know how I am going to be able to get places without walking and putting my weight on my arches I may have just got to levitate everywhere from now on then..haha.  I think what I am going to do is have to buy some of those insoles for plantar fasciitis which apparently help a lot and carry some of the weight for you giving you some extra support so that your plantar fascia can have a rest and recover.  I guess though I am not going to push my luck and I will have to wait to play soccer for the time being. If you are suffering from plantar fascia and want to know more about it maybe head over to the wps website were they have a great article all about plantar fasciitis and how to treat and prevent it I found it really helped me out loads and I was about to just ignore my plantar fascitiis and get back running and just ignore the pain before I read the article which really is the worst thing that you can possibly do when you are suffering from it as it will just cause even more damage and pain.

Some people suffer from plantar fasciitis for years in some cases just because they dont give their feet time to heal properly and fully meaning it easily comes back and gets inflamed again if its not fully healed up. Also if you wear a particularly bad pair of shoes it maybe there fault that you keep getting it as they keep aggravating the plantar fascia and causing it to get inflamed again and again.
